P4 is a 4-step program by Edmark, developed as a comprehensive approach to body weight management and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. The four steps are structured sequentially – cleansing, calorie intake control and burning excess fat, balance, and renewal. The program is recommended to be combined with a balanced diet and physical activity.
The program includes:

- Step 2 – Burn Fat: MRT Complex – a low-calorie protein beverage designed as a meal replacement.
